As of July 18, 2012, 5,000 Citizens' Reference Panel invitations - that’s 1 for every 85 homes in Calgary - have been sent to randomly selected addresses across the city. This invitation is transferable to any member of the household (aged 18 and over) who would like to provide input and advice as a Panel member. A further draw from among respondents, balanced for age, gender and geography, will determine the 36 Citizens’ Reference Panel members.
